The admission desk assists the patient in selecting the right category of room as per the availability and individual requirement. Necessary information regarding hospital policies, patient rights, visiting hours and facilities available is also shared at the time of admission. Discharge Procedure
The discharge process starts when the treating doctor decides the patient is medically fit to go home. At that point the necessary medical paperwork, such as documents, prescriptions, investigation reports, and discharge summaries, is made ready and then explained to the patient or sometimes to the family members.
Before leaving the hospital, we ask patients to finish the billing and other administrative formalities, and only after that does the healthcare team continue with guidance.
