About Saraswathi Institute of Medical Science
Saraswathi Institute of Medical Science opened in 2008 with a purpose it has held to since day one to build a medical institution that takes both education and patient care seriously and to keep getting better at both. That sounds straightforward, but in practice it requires the kind of sustained commitment that most institutions claim and fewer actually demonstrate.
In the years since opening, SIMS has grown from a newly approved college into one of the more established and genuinely respected medical institutions in the Delhi NCR region. That standing was not handed over. It came through consistent investment in faculty, infrastructure, clinical services, and academic rigour and through a willingness to be scrutinised, reviewed, and held to account by the regulatory bodies that govern medical education in India.
The institute is currently affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and was previously affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. It carries the "Best Medical College in Delhi-NCR" recognition from Brands Academy, reflecting sustained performance rather than a one-year spike.

Good infrastructure in a medical institution is not about looks it is about whether the environment actually supports the work. And at SIMS, we designed the campus with that in mind. State-of-the-art hospital facilities, well-equipped laboratories, simulation centres, smart classrooms, research spaces and libraries, all within one integrated campus.
