Life at SIMS

Student Handbook
This handbook is a practical guide for you to steer your academic journey at Saraswathi College of Nursing. The handbook covers academic programmes, attendance policies, examination procedures, clinical training schedules and the code of conduct expected of each student. The booklet also contains information on campus facilities such as laboratories, library resources, hostel accommodation and student support services. In this context, nursing education is not confined to the classroom, where students are expected to acquire clinical competence, ethical judgement and authentic caring for patients. This handbook has been developed to assist you to navigate the campus experience with clarity, confidence and a clear understanding of the standards to which the profession aspires.
Counselling Section
The Counselling Section of SIMS, Hapur guides the prospective students in all respects of admission with transparency and clarity. SIMS is affiliated to CCSU Meerut & ABVMU Lucknow and approved by NMC and offers MBBS, MD/MS and nursing programmes on the basis of NEET merit. This section helps candidates with eligibility queries, document verification, seat allotment, fee structure and scholarship information. It also conducts orientation programmes for new students to familiarise them with the academic policies and the campus facilities. With a 1,100+ bedded teaching hospital and experienced faculty, The Counselling Section ensures that all the candidates start their journey of medical education confidently and with proper information.
