The Department of Orthopaedics at SIMS Medical College, Hapur, is fully equipped with the latest technology in instruments and equipment, routinely performing surgeries such as joint replacement, arthroscopy, spinal surgeries, bone tumor management, and corrective surgery for residual polio deformities. The department focuses on raising standards in orthopaedic care through patient education, evidence-based and technologically advanced treatment, and a practice culture built on service excellence. It also conducts high-end research in basic sciences and clinical orthopaedics, following the CBME curriculum, and provides strong academic training for MBBS and postgraduate students through OPD, OT, and specialty clinic exposure.
