Dr. Akhil Dhanda is an Assistant Professor and Consultant Psychiatrist with clinical and academic experience from institutions across Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh since 2018. His clinical work encompasses general adult psychiatry, emergency mental health care, addiction medicine and neuropsychiatric rehabilitation. Treatment approaches are based on evidence-based pharmacotherapy.
Alongside his clinical work, he is an active researcher with published work in psychopharmacology, addiction medicine, comorbidities of chronic illness and sexual dysfunction. He is presently associated with Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur.
