Dr. Rajesh Bhatia is Professor & Head of the Department of Orthopaedics at Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), Hapur, UP, with over 20 years of surgical, clinical, academic, and research experience. He holds an MBBS from UCMS New Delhi, an MS (Orthopaedics) from Lady Hardinge Medical College, and an M.Ch. (Orthopaedics) from the University of Seychelles. His clinical expertise includes primary and revision hip and knee replacement, complex trauma management, and advanced orthopaedic surgical procedures. A dedicated educator and researcher, he has made significant contributions to UG and PG medical training. He also serves on the Hospital Infection Control Committee (HICC) at SIMS.
He completed his MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS), New Delhi, followed by an MS (Orthopaedics) from Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), New Delhi, in 2004. Subsequently, he served at LHMC and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, where he developed expertise in managing complex orthopaedic disorders and trauma cases.
